Gage review and certifications.
Complete quality inspection equipment.
Material certifications on file for each lot of material purchased.
First piece inspection-prior to running production.
In process inspection by machine operator.
Every 20 minutes a complete inspection of the part is done, plus SPC charting on two characteristics. SPC charting is sent with each shipment.
Final inspection before shipment for all characteristics, plus a visual inspection to check appearance.
Complete written documentation approved by our medical customers.
