Escomatic machining. Tight tolerance parts are no problem for Erickson Automatics' coil fed Escomatic machines.

Escomatic machining rotates tools around a stationary length of coil fed metal. This is a variation of standard Swiss style turning which uses spindle-held rotating stock.

The "Esco Concept" minimizes vibrations, allowing for extremely high precision parts.

The continuously fed self-straightening coil stock reduces the turning needed to achieve the desired diameter.

The Esco has excellent repeatability throughout production, even on runs of more than one million pieces.

• CNC Turning Centers with 4 Axis to 1 1/16 diameter
• Swiss CNC Screw Machines, L20 and L25 {3 MM to 25.4 MM (.118 in. to 1.00 in)} and B12's {1 1/2MM to 12MM (.040 in. to .500 in)}.
• Swiss CNC Screw Machines, L20 Vlll (3 MM to 20 MM {.118 in. to .787 in}), with Whirling Package for long threaded parts to .50 in.
• 6- Spindle Acme Gridley Automatic Screw/Mach. to 1 1/4 inch diameter
• Brown & Sharpes to 1 5/8 inch diameter
